I'd say Ravenclaw for you, with a bit of Hufflepuff mixed in. You mention you don't have the drive to be a Slytherin, and from your description, Hufflepuffs are also very driven. (I like those descriptions a lot, by the way. Very well thought-out.) Something about how clear, straightforward, and level-headed your answers are, it just calls out to me.
