First off, dealing with diabetes at such a young age is hard. I know it's harder as you get older, but it's hard on the young. I wish you all the luck with your health, as it is important. (My paternal grandmother was borderline diabetic.)
Definitely seeing the eagle showing through in this. I see a bit of 'Puff in there (especially your answer to #3), because I see a balance of traits with you, but it's definitely out-shined by the Ravenclaw in you.
