+ Applications submitted to the queue will be dropped on Sundays.
+ Current dropped applications will be "sorted" on Sundays.
+ As of the beginning of the term (September 01, 2012), those voting to the unsorted thread MUST have either a currently dropped application OR an application submitted to the sorting queue.
There will be no exceptions to this.
